Within three business days of payment, we will meet you on site to review preliminary buildability and provide an initial construction estimate. Payment may be made by check or cash at the visit, or by credit card through QuickBooks.

Sign a Contract
and Begin a Feasibility Test

At the time of contract signing, a $2,000 nonrefundable fee is due. This covers the feasibility study, which evaluates septic suitability, well placement, grading requirements, setbacks, and other site conditions. Feasibility testing generally takes about thirty days, and all reports will be shared with you. The fee is applied to your final building cost.

Review Feasibility
and Finalize Cost

Once the feasibility results are complete, we will confirm the final building cost. An addendum to the contract will be prepared and signed to reflect the final price before moving forward.

We finalize the construction loan with the final cost, and the building begins!
