Purchase Land
Don’t have land yet? We can refer you to a buyer agent to help you find your dream location. Our primary focus is building; we do not assist directly in lot purchases.

Schedule a Site Visit
A $100 nonrefundable consulting fee, credited toward your final building cost, is required to schedule. Within three business days of payment, we will meet you on site to review preliminary buildability and provide an initial construction estimate. Payment may be made by check or cash at the visit, or by credit card through QuickBooks.
03.
Get Pre-approved For a Construction Loan!

Preapproval amount should be calculated based on the following:
Cost of House (MSRP) + Cost of infrastructure ($50,000) + Cost of Upgrades (review brochure and spec form to calculate your preferred upgrades)
04.
Sign a Contract
and Begin a Feasibility Test
At the time of contract signing, a $2,000 nonrefundable fee is due. This covers the feasibility study, which evaluates septic suitability, well placement, grading requirements, setbacks, and other site conditions. Feasibility testing generally takes about thirty days, and all reports will be shared with you. The fee is applied to your final building cost.
05.
Review Feasibility
and Finalize Cost
Once the feasibility results are complete, we will confirm the final building cost. An addendum to the contract will be prepared and signed to reflect the final price before moving forward.
06.
START BUILDING!
We finalize the construction loan with the final cost, and the building begins!
